90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to see results. If you are not satisfied with your Dr. Kakinagi order for any reason, email us at contact@drkakinagi.com within 90 days of delivery and we will refund the full product price. You do not need to return the product and you do not need to send photos.
How it works
- Email contact@drkakinagi.com with your order number within 90 days of delivery.
- We confirm your refund within 2 business days.
- The refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Limits
- One refund per customer and per household.
- Shipping fees are not refunded.
- Free gifts (including digital guides) are not refunded separately.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order that has not shipped yet by emailing us. Once shipped, the 90-day guarantee applies.
